Sorting...

I know I havent posted my "I Love the basement" post yet, but I LOVE it! (It is coming soon! PROMISE!)It has really afforded me the opportunity to get out and dust off all my teaching things and USE them. I am in teacher wannabe HEAVEN!!!!

Today Alice did her first 'Teddy Bear" Math. We used the bears to sort by colors. She had so much fun letting giving the bear friends. I loved watching her sort and of course teaching her! Alice did great with this activity. She wanted all the bears to be friends...she is too sweet. For the activity, I encouraged her to put all the same color bears together. After we were done with the lesson, we let them all meet and become friends:)
