ZOO TOTS

Alice and I drop Kalei off at school every Tuesday and head over the the zoo for Zoo Tots. It is a great program put on by the local zoo. We spend an hour with Mandy the Zoo Keeper. She takes us on a train ride, reads us a story, and the best part we get to have an animal encounter. So far we have fed fish to Tsunami the River Otter, fed crackers to the Giraffes Colby and Gabby, made Bear Bottles for the Bears Paddington and Kirby and this Tuesday we got the feed the ducks and geese by the pond. This is such a special time I get to have with Alice. Since she is the 2nd kiddo we don't get a lot of one on one time. After Zoo Tots we are free to walk around the zoo as long as we like. Which Alice likes A LOT! She says she like the Giraffes the best. Those are my favorite too! We look forward to this every week!
