Kalei's Big Day
We read Lily's Big Day by Kevin Henkes to get Kalei ready for her big day as the Flower Girl at her Uncle Steve's Wedding. It was the PERFECT book for this occasion. (I was cracking up at the end!) As I mentioned Kalei came down with the yucky bug the night before the wedding. So we weren't sure if she'd be able to do her flower girl duties. But with a lot of TLC, sleep and some Gatorade Kalei was able to walk down the aisle as Flower Girl on her big day. I was so overcome with pride as she was so beautiful and brave walking down the aisle I only got one picture. And it is more of the other Flower Girl that of Kalei. But AS so as I get access to the professional ones I will post those.

Ugh, "the sickness" is the WORST! And right before the wedding??? Double ugh. Hopefully the rest of you were spared. She sure looks healthy and adorable. :)
Kalei is a true princess and Alice Mae "Spongie" is right behind her. What a special time"
